Salmon Pâté

Ingredients
- 250g skinned salmon fillets
- 200g cream cheese
- 30ml fresh chopped dill
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 5 -10ml ginger, garlic and chilli sauce
- Toasted bread and breadsticks, to serve
Equipment
- Kenwood Food Processor fitted with knife blade
Method
- Preheat a grill to medium and cook the salmon fillets for approx. 8 -10 minutes, turning once during cooking until just flaking. Remove from the heat and allow to Cool completely.
- Meanwhile fit the knife blade into the food processor.
- Break the salmon into pieces and place half in the food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and fit the lid. Blend on speed 2 for approx. 45 seconds, scraping the side of the bowl if necessary, until smooth. Fold in remaining salmon. Transfer to a bowl, cover and Chill for 4 hours.
- Serve with freshly toasted bread and breadsticks.
