Ingredients

150g self-raising flour
500ml JUST MILK
2 eggs
150g sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
25g melted butter
pinch salt

Topping:                                                                                                                                             

1 apple, peeled and sliced                                                                                                        

30g dried Cranberries                                                                                                                  
½ tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients, together into a bowl and beat to a smooth batter.
  2. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes at 175°C.
  4.            It sinks and becomes denser as it cools. If you eat it hot, you'll need a spoon to scoop up the soft custardy tart, but cold you can pick up the slices in your hand, if it hasn't vanished long before then.
