Creme Brulee

Ingredients
- 200ml Just Milk Semi-skimmed
- 1 vanilla pod
- 8 egg yolks
- 150g Billington’s Golden Caster Sugar
- 600ml thick cream
- Billington’s Demerara Sugar
Method
- Gently bring JUST MILK to the Boil in a pan.
- Add vanilla, and leave to infuse for half an hour at room temperature before removing.
- Beat eggs together with caster sugar until mixture is stiff and white..
- Add vanilla milk and Cream. Share out into individual ramequins.
- Cook for an hour in a Cool oven at 110°C.
- Sprinkle with demerara sugar, then caramelise under the grill.
- Serve warm.
